Governing Laws and Jurisdictions
Any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with any material of any kind on the web site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Denmark without regard to any other law principles and shall be settled exclusively by the Danish Courts. However, CrisWare may at any time demand that a dispute shall be settled by arbitration in Denmark in accordance with the "Rules of Procedure of the Danish Institute of Arbitration (Copenhagen Arbitration)".
